Jennifer

As our lab tech, I pour and trim orthodontic study models for Dr. Scott, constructing virtually all of the orthodontic appliances that we use in the office. It is my job to insure that all appliances are made the exact way for each patient so they get the best results possible. The best part of my job is seeing the changes each patient goes through. From the first impressions for diagnostic records to the end result, I see the wonderful progress and the awesome results we achieve! This office is filled with individuals that care so much about each patient’s experience. We want to make sure each patient feels at home and especially well cared for.

I am married with two sons and a daughter. We love to spend as much time as possible outside, from riding four-wheelers to playing soccer and football. I also love to play paintball and work on cars with my husband.

Carol

I greet our patients with a smile and a warm "hello." I try to help them with any questions or concerns they might have about their appointments, schedule, and payments. It is my goal to make everyone feel welcome in our office, and I love to see our patients’ new smiles when their braces come off! I am relatively new to Dr. Scott's office, but I love how friendly our team is. They made me feel at home right from the start.

I have two wonderful sons, Jon and Ryan, and four dogs, Bob, Pookie, Kinsie, and Rylee. When I have free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and watching movies. I’m also part of the hospitality group at my church.

Sonia

I assist Dr. Scott while he performs all of the procedures involved in helping a patient through treatment. I also take new patient X-rays and photographs, make impressions, and pour study models in the lab. I enjoy the personal interactions I have with our patients and their families, and I try to make everyone feel comfortable when they’re in the office. Everyone on staff comes from a different background, and we find fun in everything we do. We laugh at just about anything!

I have one lovely daughter, Madison, and a cat named Alley Cat Cole. I have enjoyed teaching and taking lessons in Martial Arts for the past 26 years and am a four-time national champion in Tae Kwon Do.

Debbie

I work with Dr. Scott in all areas of patient care. I also take care of inventory for the office and am our patients’ contact for after-hour emergency care. When it comes to patient care, I am always sensitive to their individual needs and am available to answer any questions they may have. My favorite part of my job is our patients. I get to meet some of the neatest and coolest people and am blessed by the people I get to know. When I first met Dr. Scott, I was his patient. I had many dental problems, and he made me feel reassured and comfortable that everything was going to be fine. Dr. Scott is a perfectionist in his work and takes a personal interest in each of his patients. It’s great to work with someone who truly cares.

I have a husband, Dana, and three step-children, Blaire, Kate and Nick. We also have Drake the lab, Oscar the cat, and Cookie the long haired Chihuahua. I love soccer, softball, football, and baseball. Go Rangers! I also collect cans for the Humane Society.

Susan

I help Dr. Scott perform all of the procedures that progress patients efficiently through their treatment. I seat and greet patients, do X-rays, take photographs, make impressions of teeth, and see to all aspects of new patients’ treatment. I believe it is important to let your patients know that they are going to be well cared for. I like to inform each patient of what I will be doing at each of their appointments so they feel comfortable and at home in our office. My favorite part of my job is seeing a patient's reaction when they see their smile for the first time when braces come off. It’s priceless! In our office, we love to laugh together, cry together, and of course, eat together! We are like one big happy family.

My husband’s name is Clint and I have a daughter named Addison, a son named Ashton, and a step-son named Storm. We also have a cat named Sticker and six new kittens! I enjoy watching my son play baseball and football. I enjoy planting flowers and cooking with my daughter. As a family, we enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, swimming, and just spending time together playing.

Terri

As one of our clinical assistants, I seat and greet each of my patients and take X-rays, photographs, and impressions of patients' teeth. I give patients instructions for each new procedure we may be doing so they are well informed about their treatment. Getting to know patients personally is very important to me. I want to make every patient feel at home. I enjoy hearing about what is going on in their lives and sharing their joys as well as their struggles. Most of all, I love seeing their fabulous smiles at the end of treatment! Our team truly is a great big family. We all love and respect each other.

My husband, Jimmy, and I have two sons, Nathan and Mitchell, one dog, one cat, and six donkeys! I love hanging out with my family and having a great time with friends. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and a ten-year member of Moberly Baptist Church.

Margie

As our business office manager, I am responsible for everything there is to do to make our office run smoothly, including keeping Dr. Scott in line! I am friendly and courteous with our patients and am always available to answer any questions they might have about their account. I enjoy meeting our new patients and getting to know them during their treatment. Our office is an upbeat, friendly place to be. Dr. Scott is honest and fair in how he cares for his patients and shows real concern for us as his team.

I am married to my husband, Johnny, and we have a daughter named Jessica and a dog named Missy. In my free time I enjoy running and exercising. I am a member of Oakland Heights Baptist Church and raise funds for Refuge International.
